I AGREE! Go back folks! Read the DD that PROVES the rumors of spin-off, merger, buyout, takeover, valuable tax losses, employees, contracts, patents, etc .....

ARE ALL WRONG! Let's set the record straight.

Factual, documented, verifiable DD has shown, time and time again, that there is/was FRAUDULENT statements being made by a group that had a NOW DEFUNCT blog. They had the audacity to FAKE LinkedIn profiles, create FAKE profiles, even to the point of being caught red handed when one site CLEARLY displayed the name of the SCAMMER that altered the profile. The SAME person that has/had been creating FAKE scenarios IN THE ASYI FRAUD BLOG.

It was soon after getting CAUGHT FAKING THAT PROFILE that the SCAM BLOG was shut down.

So YES! Go back and look at all the FALSE CLAIMS and bogus hype. Look at the junk DD, look at the FACTS that destroyed the junk DD and decide for yourself.

Even recent posts prove, BACKED BY COMPANY FILINGS, that ASYI has ZERO employees, maybe a CEO, probably still a useless Chairman of the Board, NO CURRENT ADDRESS, a phone number(that never gets answered), no product(other than stock shares), no income(other than selling shares), all patents and rights signed away. NOTHING LEFT!
