It took several amendments of the 10-12G to get all the registration filings squared away, they started in 8/2013 & went current in 10/2013 so it only took 2 months with many errors on GDSI's part.
Once Ed files 10-12G it should only take 3-4 weeks for the SEC to review the accuracy of all documents. If there are no errors then we'd be fully registered in 3 days.
