When the S-1 is filed it should show up here. https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001347004&type=&dateb=&owner=exclude&start=0&count=40
We do not know if a new S1 is required, there may be an alternative form that is easier & faster to re-register since we are not a brand new company. All previous forms are already listed, I'm sure Ed knows what is required & is taking the required steps to become current with the SEC.
Would love to hear his plan on this as would all shareholders, it would help tremendously.
