Maybe, you're getting a bit more technical than I am familiar with. I distinguished between Foreign & American based on that websites defintion of Ordinary Shares (The term typically used for 'common' shares in a foreign company) & Common Shares (same but for a domestic company.

If what you are saying is right, the odds are even more against GLER returning to the PINKs
