ONCS I am more than open to that possibility, however in black and white they clearly state the funds will be used for general corporate purposes (lot of grey area there), working capitol requirements AKA stuff their working on, and repayment of debt. Then towards the bottom it sounds like they plan on doing some investing as well, commercial paper, government and non-government debt securities AKA Treasury Bonds, and money market funds? They claim there are NO acquisitions at this time and say they have a BROAD discretion to use the funding as they see fit. Not my S-3 but theirs, what else can I go on, conjecture? In regards to monies going toward R&D they use the word MAY, but in regards to using it to invest they use the word INTEND. I could be seeing it all wrong and would be more than delighted to have someone else read it and give a positive opposing opinion. I want to make money here by all means, but I am just not getting the lingo I guess. Thanks for any clarification/help you may offer, with my kind regards, Gums
