Who Would That Benefit?

Might benefit the vast majority who are underwater here and in losing positions in this stock. Depends on how they TAX the release.

I don't take my hard earned money and dump it into a Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda PLAY, which GAMBLING on a release is. We don't know ANY of the terms and conditions, other than the FORWARD LOOKING statements of Management.
