The video of Jerry speaking before the Brevard commission was on the web last August. Probably still is. His request was approved only because the tax breaks were contingent on construction. Commissioners probably knew that was never going to happen. So there was no financial risk to Brevard. Several spectators at that meeting also commented derisively on XUN being a penny stock. He fooled no one. If anything, the criticism of XUN backfired on him.
