So, is GNCP going to file a Registration Statement with the SEC to qualify for the meaningless OTCQB "tier"? Or is that just noise?

I hope you realize OTCMarkets is not a regulator, just a for-profit PR company. That "tier" is completely meaningless - it is all about charging companies $10,000 for absolutely nothing. But it does fool people into thinking it actually means something when it doesn't.

Which is why companies will spend the $10,000 - to fool investors and allow them to dump more worthless stock on their heads.
