5 billion or not, (that o/S has never been verified) it doesn't matter. Stock with 10 billion in the 0/S are running to a nickel if they hook up in the MMJ field. Anything can happen with an abandoned shell...particularly if they have those tax credits! Highly valuable! Hold...load...get rich!
