If I was Bion, I would be angry with the IDA of Hardee and would look to go elsewhere. But the preliminary work is done for the site and once the infected personnel is removed from the board and Bion gets an apology, they should move ahead with their plans. As far as Larry Davis, He should be offered a new deal since he has waited soo loong and a thank you for sticking it out. All in all, it would be a good thing for Larry's fathers business ( Florida Fertilizer Co.) to have a mixing station on site. Good for Bion and good for family.
