EXACTLY! you hit the nail on the head with this post! If zoning truly was an issue they would have NOT been allowed to start construction in the first place! There are steps CEN Biotech inc. had to take and a security application, zoning application, and growing application all had to be submitted and approved before construction could even begin. Zoning has already been taken care of.
