I said in September that we need a dividend if the FN listing fails. We got the opposite, meaning more delays. Even though a stock dividend would have been fine.

I also said a number of times that we absolutely need a stock repurchase program if the Nasdaq listing fails. They will have to do an asset sale or whatever it takes to raise the needed funds.

The fact that the company fails with these listings is bad already. But not having a plan B and execute is double damaging for the stock. Look, any idiot can create shareholder value. This Board has not been focusing. And heads will start to roll if they don't get their act together very soon.
