Interesting development. $45MM of mixed securities shelf announced right now seems like move geared towards the future. If accompanying PR comes out on Monday detailing the purpose the filing and horizon for when they could exercise their rights for it we should have a better idea of what company is planing.

The size of the offering will definitely spook a few investors on Monday. It is almost 1/2 of our capitalization at our weekly low, and 1/3 of the current market cap. Some people may take it as announcement of massive dilution, which IT IS NOT. It is a strategic move to make it easier for a company to obtain funds when timing is right or funds are needed.
