I'm not a big fan of the "pay no attention to that man behind the curtain" form of argument.

What motivation does the council have for rezoning a small section of land in a large agricultural area based on the fact that they MIGHT get a license? One would think the council will require the license before the land is rezoned. And if they aren't rezoned, then they cannot even run power to that barn.

This is but one more of many nails in the credibility of FITX.
