As I stated growers are allowed as agriculture or industrial in Canada but depends if they are manufacturing product on site such as Medical MJ pills or oil etc....FITX is using the facility to grow not manufacture pills or oils. They are correctly zoned and inspectors have been on site all week long after April 8th. Nothing has been shut down. Read this again even Mr Salmon knows what manufacturing compared to growing by news in local newspaper. If they need to manufacture simple they will use a separate site or apply for proper zoning. The building #1 is properly zoned for use for medical MJ which is applying for licenses to grow.
