Another trip zero stock that i am in recently raised its A/S from less than 4B to 15B. That increase in its A/S had zero effect on its trading price.

Just like here, people in that stock are also of the opinion that the A/S was raised not to dilute the O/S but to negotiate some debts and acquisitions.
