* First you have to want to verify company information.
* Next, you have to ask questions -- even if it's by e-mailing or calling the CEO. Oh, and they might be tough questions.
* You have to be willing to dig for the truth -- very deep, even if sometimes you find some things that aren't positive for the company. DD is DD and we all owe it to be honest with each other.
* Then -- and this is the real key -- when the company solicits shareholders to provide personal and broker information with the promise of incentive shares, you have to be stupid enough to give it to them.
