Sorry for late reply, been a busy day...

Yes they do have a license to grow and sell marijuana.

And the new land acquisitions will be a new operation and needed from what I can tell....and I'm thinking they know that when recreational rolls out the mj will fly off the shelves just like Colorado.thus they know they will need to be producing as much volume as possible
