Exactly right Mikemine!! A/S is a completely different creature than shares issued to investors. A/S could be 10 billion, but shares issued could be only 1 billion, and the O/S could be even less. Investors who base their decision to sell or hold on A/S alone are not looking at even a small part of the total picture.
