So you just basically explained it's legal to advertise the BBDA.PK ticker symbol, because of reg changes last year, but it's a "red flag" to do so for investor/traders?

I do know the basics of penny trading. I keep seeing these accusations of BBDA illegality without a shred of evidence. When asked for evidence...ignore...or dodge with a new topic...or ooo it's legal but a red flag...

And I'm the newbie trader...
