Shares coming off restriction DOES NOT PROVE they are being sold!!! It's no secret that shares are coming off restriction, at least that was what I would expect to happen. Until the last few days their hasn't been the volume to indicate insider selling but that didn't stop them from claiming it as a FACT. They've been screaming this crap for more than a month...
The pps is dropping because of
Np-1 non delivery.
IRS tax payments due - people need funds.

Once audited fins are released and np-1 is shipped the pps will rise.
