Gee, so the fact that Elliot Management et al's 6.8 million Warrants are excercisable at $0.075 to $0.10, both below today's price, doesn't matter?

That is an excellent post concerning ADTM and the facts behind the 229 million "fully diluted" share count. The actual O/S is 25% lower at 166 million.

Warrants and options are not involved in today's pps and outstanding share count for ADTM.
