So the SEC was probably investigating since October, November at least?

Lots of wasted energy on this board with PHOT...

Those holding huge lots need to decide if they want to hold or sell prior to the 25.

Considering the amount of shareholders and volume of shares sold, you will have a difficult time selling as time passes, simple supply and demand...there will be A LOT more sellers than BUYERS of this come the 25, and less and less buyers as the trading continues.
