A few have offered suggestions as to what Mr. Leopold should have done with shareholders money upfront to try and prove gold reserves. Instead, Leo went ahead and skipped the advise and spent shareholders money based on historical data assuming the data is correct and that the Ruby still has treasures yet to be found.
