...NO....jpm stated in it's response to HYPOTHETICAL HARVEY's POR that jpm wanted UWBKQ common stock in lieu of a full payout.............the 11 was switched to a 7, THE APPEAL was dropped and there has not been another word uttered publicly.......

...so is there a STIPULATION agreement which was created as an accommodation to UWB dropping THE APPEAL.............???????.......probably not.............no evidence that man walked on the moon...................just a ploy within the cold war to beat the russians........

...the bank was seized........the stock is long gone...........no appeal, no stipulation and very soon, no FRED SCOTT.........imagine that..............................

...kinda weird this stock does not drop below a penny............what's new..............????????????.........
