So what CPA signed off on that mess of a financial report?

CPAs DO NOT GENERATE "INCOMPLETE" FINANCIAL REPORTS.

THAT IS WHY CPAs ARE "CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS.

It is unaudited and I don't see any CPAs names attached to the documents.

So what is your point?
