SKTO has been RED 22 out of the last 25 days.

So obviously, investors don't believe the BS put out by the company.

The 8-K and the annual report didn't cause a run - but the $450,000 SKTO paid for the promotion caused a small run - but insiders dumped so fast the gains didn't hold.
