I agree that it is unlikely that the "automaker deal" is for putting Fuel Cells in cars, but Toyota is the #1 producer of lift trucks in the world. They sell about 50,000/yr in Europe and 50,000/yr in the Americas. Maybe the deal is with Toyota to integrating Gen Drive during manufacturing, so companies can order Gen Drive lift trucks and not have to retrofit them after they are delivered. Definitely would reduce the cost to the buyers.
