No its not...it's a documented SEC filing that deserves the respect because it is a filing. Lying about a SEC filing is a legal actionable offense. To make that accusation you have to have verifiable proof...not here say and speculations.

These are the facts and data to take seriously not someone's unsubstantiated opinion/post.

Only on msg board opinions can you think your taken seriously to say those were all lies to...LOL. Proof poisons all the non factual speculation. Anyone can say anything...its quite another to prove it. Lets let USPR continue to prove and make that proof public. Then round 2 of noise making comes. I'll bet on proof and documentation any day every day over noise.

I could care less how this trades over the last 6 months etc. To use Technical analysis on low volume pennies like USPR isn't in any way shape or form reliable. This will trade on news. I do watch accumulation and distribution but beyond that...its all unreliable. This will establish itself only when the findings are made public and the mining processes begin. As the findings become public and they measure up to longs expectations...this company will transform into another very attractive entity. Those findings IMO will draw all kinds of opportunity and dynamics that will facilitate and expedite progress and profits. You watch...on lookers are watching and if this gets the verifications.....you will witness growth and PPS results like you won't believe. Time is on the side of investors here IMO. I'll continue to wait for facts and turn away from the noise.
