Defensive unreasoned responses to facts, won't change things. There is one explanation here, when buy demand is outweighed by sell demand, the price drops in any symbol. The buy demand is down because people's expectations of growth in future sp have been diminished , by reality. This co has NOT PRODUCED WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. Where are the Audited SEC filings to merge? There are none, and therefore, there will be NO MERGER.
