I'm curious why you didn't mention the Federal Reserve comment on the future advantages of Check 21? Perhaps because in the Fed's comments, they actually mentioned MyEcheck as an example of services provided that would enhance security, transparency, and lower cost? Nor did you mention the fact that many heavy-weight companies like AT&T mention MYEC's patent and add to it.
Finally, I've gone to SunTrust and asked about their 'competitive' product. It still creates an electronic image of a paper check, not a completely digital product. This is no way was what the Fed had in mind when they urged adoption of CHECK 21 technology. Maybe you could have mentioned these facts if you didn't include so many ancient quotes in your forward looking article.
It is easy to look at MYEC's stock rise and think P&D. We've all been there and are justifiably suspect. It is another thing all together to profess to have virtuous motivations and lack so completely in objectivity. You get an F.
