Thank you for your reply. I read through all the information here quickly when I joined, and when the fox interview came out it triggered the federal question in my head. I couldn't remember reading an answer so I asked here and started looking again. I didn't go back to the stickies. The interview is giving me a much better understanding now that enough questions have formed in my head.

Regarding dilution of stock, it is my understanding that if a company offers more stock, but at the same value, that it is not a detriment to current shareholders if the stock is being sold to grow the company. In other words, the shares you own still hold the same value, you just now own a smaller part of a bigger company. Am I understanding this correctly? This would make this small dilution zero reason to worry, no?
