Some of you have seen the light! A few long time supporters have come forth and said they SOLD all their PEII realizing things just aren't happening here the way Floyd Smith wants you to believe! First the missed forecasts that never happened from 8-9 months ago, Then the Bakken play that Floyd milked to the very last day, Now the S-1 that they are stretching out while hundreds of millions (if not billions)of shares are diluted with nothing to show for them except more predictions of producing more oil that NEVER happens! Even after they FRACKED 3 wells back in October ,The same trickle of oil is all they have to show for it! The BIG question here is......Where is all that money going from DILUTION???? And yet Floyd Smith wants more?????? 10 million more that will never come! You can't fool the SEC!!!!!!!!!!!!IMHO. The 15 billion A/S weren't implemented for NO reason! And the par value of shares was lowered to .0001 full well knowing that the pps is heading there!!!! IMHO
