I received a PM whereby I was labeled an "objective basher". I'm ok with that but after this post I might be labeled an "objective pumper". lol

Just quickly reviewing the 202 page Process motion, a lot of new information has come to light.

Page 7/202 Mr Nixon referred to the DOD testing of the HTI/AHS
hydrogen unit with reference to Exhibit A.

Exhibit A is on pages 149/150. It is a letter from the US ARMY
Senior Research Engineer {signed but I will not post the name}
referring to the testing that is in progress. Last paragraph:

"However, I do not at this time anticipate any problem with completing our planned testing activities."

Letter is dated Dec 5 2013 on US ARMY letterhead.
