It seems you do not understand what cloud computing is or what a VM is!

All of these:

Massive electricity consumption,
Constant connectivity issues,
The need to provide cooling and space,
Annoying noise,
Other hardware maintaining issues

are still an issue with cloud mining it is just that the end-user is not the one that has to worry about all that but the owners of these computers do!
