Bill said the sec came nocking and he showed them all the documents, I think Bill has clean intentions of doing what he says, I do not care for how many shares are outstanding but he hates toxic financing.

IMO he couldn't answer any extra questions directly but I admire him he is a marketing genius and an industry activist, I met him in person and his second in command.
Meeting him has changed my opinion, I might buy a small position just as a character vote of confidence in the industry.
