Absolutely correct. People might have missed your point.

The patent stands in the way of huge corporations, institutions and people who's fortunes are at risk. ACH is mousy compared to the interests of banks, credit card companies and the likes. Big billions.

They will fight it. Infringe it. Sue it. And I would guess, threaten Ed's safety. I feel odd saying this, but people have died for much less.

That's part of the reason I like an acquisition. Apple, Amazon and Google have the might to defend the patent, MyECheck does not.
