It doesn't matter that the "Company" is not to blame. The DTC didn't swallow what CTYX Mgmt was peddling. In the end, the DTC gets to call the shots, dictate what's going to happen and they've spoken. An outsider's "opinion" is essentially worthless (like this stock) so it appears Trading most likely will be shuttered.

Am in awe how many people are riding this horse with blinders on while refusing to acknowledge the gravity of the situation. I guess that's what rose-colored glasses are for. Sheesh !

Also can't believe the heights we've reached ! What now... $.0012 on Thursday Close... no wait.... We're down 75% from the last R/S at $.005 And the Company comes out and ACTUALLY proclaims this to be a grievous matter. Sure sounds like a one-two punch to me. JMHO
