I wouldn't care if they did a reverse split if market capacity went up 20 times, but I would care if they did a reverse split and market capacity went down 20 times. My concern is the latter may be more probable in the short run. If the split was announced with a press release at the same time that good news was announced, I think the knee jerk reaction would be to sell, then level off, and then rise once people started factoring in valuation. To me I'm questioning whether the best time to sell would be now and then buy back in on the initial dip in share price. Then again, with insiders holding the vast majority of the shares, those shares act somewhat as a buffer to violent price swings . . . unless those insiders sell which really would be the kiss of death to this stock.
