Kerry claimed that she held her position at "at times material to the litigation." IMO all times "material times" would date back to the original events in mid 2012, not just after the lawsuit was filed. From what I understand, Kerry is a consultant and was not engaged until early 11/2013.

There are MANY inaccuracies and inconsistencies cited in the motion and its attachments, especially as compared with the motion to vacate previously filed pro se by Peter Villiotis and apparently authored by Kerry Thacker.

I find it interesting that PVEI's attorney chose not to repeat the former claim that the Court had sent a notice of the trial date that PVEC received on 1/17/14 that caused the defendant to "presume" that the 1/12/14 hearing regarding the motion for summary judgment had been cancelled.

I previously posted that the letter included as Exibit 4 looked fabricated.
