Absolutely correct. Contrary to public opinion (and opinions from some on this very board), the SEC is not on a witch hunt on pot stocks. They are going after those penny and subpenny stocks for specific violations. They know as much as anybody that taking down a company's ticker is a serious matter and not done frivolously. They know what effect taking down a popular ticker will have on that sector's market.
