TECO will not be OTCQB again after May 1st even if they file the 10-K tomorrow... They will need to have a close price @ .01 for at lease one day during April. That of course is now very unlikely.. TECO will be pink... Unless they do a reverse split. I bet that's the plan and a great excuse to R/S... Investors will love it.

But then of course they would need to be current in filings...

Where's the 10-K????
