As we know, there isn't an article, it was just a fishing expedition to pry any information from town officials as there was no follow-up referencing Health Canada's role. Clearly, the logical step after the above response by Salmon is to consult with Health Canada, the Canadian Federal Authority overseeing grow up licensing for details about sight qualifications. Easy task that is if one were actually interested in what the real deal is, but that would eliminate doubt. And, clearly from the email response quoted above, Lakeshore is also waiting on Health Canada. HOWEVER, Bill Chaaban has already stated CEN Biotech is in compliance on the build.
