Since according to the town, not city, he has not put a proposal to them therefore they cannot comment on whether a zoning change is required or not, and since I have not viewed any such document, I cannot speculate nor comment. I have seen the work permits, and they are in the name of Jim Shaaban, not the company. If you can post them or show where they are posted I would love to view them and will ask the town of Lakeshore to verify them.

Again, those comments are from the Town who say the company has not applied. Seeing approved documents from the town would be interesting. Please provide a link.
