The big plan and greatness of TRTC will be shortly known
Raising capital to grow & expand the business with an infusion of cash coming from the sale of stock, TRTC will grow its business without having to borrow from traditional sources, pay off loans and avoid paying the interest required to service loan. This capital/cash spent on growth initiatives can result in a better bottom line for TRTC & investors. New capital may be spent on new grow farms, equipment, advertising, hiring more experienced personnel to market the produce to big giant retailers(walmart, costco, kroger &etc), research and development of new products and/or services related to MJ, CBD and produce, renovation of buildings, new construction and dozens of other programs to expand the business and improve profitability.
In one of the PR's it was mentioned that TRTC is experimenting with other veggies. Just ask your selves where are they going to grow these new produce and MJ plants once licensed TRTC is going to need capital to expand.
Now raising capital to enrich management give bonuses or get into unproven territory is very bad for investors and in this case (TRTC) it is not the case MGMT already has a lot of shares that they can sell. I believe there is a grand plan in the works to expand the produce part of business in other states and we will know about it in following weeks and months. Ca needs about 10 of those NJ style farms in, no need to heat the facilities and cali is in a major drought.
We may see see SP go lower in the short time , but it will go up again with news. Next week we may hear of new plans and why they(TRTC) needs this cash and what they want to do with it.
I don't think Derek Peterson is going to let investor hang out to dry.
