I'm a large shareholder here and UTRM is certainly my biggest and most valuable holding at the time. I, too, have the same concerns you do and, like you, would want nothing more than to see the success of this company unfold right before our eyes and in our accounts.

But the reasons you cite for being concerned are the same reasons I'm concerned. I just hope this goes well. I don't think they would come this far to screw us all over at a hair over a penny per share and still below a 52 week high. I'm simply stating that the company certainly has room for improvement as far as communicating with shareholders and especially if they're going to tout themselves as being transparent and setting the standard for the industry in such a way. A lot of today's confusion and uncertainty headed into the long weekend could have easily been prevented by them.

Still hoping for the best and haven't sold a share. Still a believer. I don't need any hate in response. This is a place to voice our concerns and some of us are doing just that.
