Yes if that's true then yes of course, the only way to pay for anything would be selling shares. I honestly have not payed attention to the a/s or O/s quite honestly. To me it's irrelevant when the company has no income yet. Could you tell me how much the A//a or o/s has gone up and since when? I will make an effort to email mike when I have free time this weekend. Quite honestly what I think it is is that the Lovitos sold off their remaining shares because mike wants then to have nothing to do with the company. Just my opinion, again let me know and I'll make an effort to reach out to mike.
