The news was supposed to hit earlier, imho. So adjustments need to take place in the trading plan. I always hold a small position in case news hits. But not likely until the 15th or after, imo. If this changes, I will buy back in. I planned on holding but the news did not come. Adjustments had to be made.
I have always said that GZFX is a poorly run company. The only interest here is Circuit City, AAFES, etc. The VOD, Golf, etc. is the same waste of money for GZFX as the Superbowl ad that was promised and Dell Dude. Management continues to throw it out the window.
With their $ 200,000 per year salaries and 500 Million newly authorized stock, they are the real winners.
The shareholders have kept this company afloat throughout many mistakes. To the tune of nearly 4 billion shares now.
Chip and John have the same shady track record as expressed in the past.
Without news, it obviously cannot sustain the recent rally.

And yes, it is obvious that they need to ask for more shares. Circuit City will not provide enough subs with a slow rollout to help the revenue before more cash is needed.
Pick your poison. GZFX sells the shares or they tap into Golden Gate who can only hold 9.9% and sells immediately regardless of price.
Now timing is everything. And GZFX has been horrible with timing in the past. I believe the CC deal is a modified go. How much appreciation depends on how and when they release it.
Pennies trade on momentum and news. Not sending out ANY news in a month is what it is.
But I never have said it is a quality company. My gamble is on the news.
Without news, GZFX is not worth .002. In fact it traded there on much less Outstanding Shares before CC came into the picture.
