You are in no position to know what the next step should be,unless you are on the inside,looking out.

I bring up the grant application and say it does make sense....

Then again,you haven't read the 98 page Full Announcement.

Certain grants/contracts take longer than others and can be contingent upon certain parameters being attained or milestones met....

Now i'm not saying this is the case but since you're speculating,based upon your knowledge of military contracts,etc., I thought that i'd "throw my hat" into the arena also,with information i've attained.



KBLB....more than just a ticker symbol.
