Being as sneaky as he is, he might have already filed.. The Delaware SOS has nothing to do with that..

90% of the companies that R/S get it approved prior to any SEC filing.. That's why the "Daily List" can report an R/S today that's effective tomorrow and everyone gets blindsided with no opportunity to get out, then it takes about 10 trading days before the new shares are available for retail to trade..

Maybe Krony can ask him if he applied to FINRA for an R/S..
